Terms of Service
SHIPPINGDomestic: Items are shipped within 2-3 business days of payment being received except for on weekends and holidays. All domestic packages are shipped via USPS Priority or USPS First Class with delivery confirmation. For all heavy items of 15-20lbs Fedex shipping is used. An email is automatically emailed once the item has been shipped. If for some reason you do not receive your tracking information after 72 hours, please feel free to send me an email and I will send it to you directly. All items over $250 in value require Signature Confirmation. Domestic shipping includes HI, AK, APO and US Territories.
INTERNATIONAL: All International shipping is done through USPS First Class or Priority Express Mail for light items. The value that is paid for the item is the declared value, and buyer is responsible for all customs fees and taxes of their country.
TERMS OF SALE
GUARANTEE: All items that you buy are, what is described in the description and pictured in the photos, and come from a smoke free environment.
Returns:
• This is not a retail store we are a small team of two. All sales are final, but we strive to make our customers happy so we do accept returns in the event that is your wish.
Return window timeline: ITEM MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 days upon receipt of the item.
REFUND WILL BE GIVEN AS: money back minus fees 20% restocking and shipping.
